Accountants of India. She has more than 9 years of experience in auditing, company law compliances, and handling scrutiny, appeals and representations with various regulatory and taxation authorities.
Her Story
Shefali currently heads the company law division of the firm and handles all the matters relating to new business incorporations, regulatory filings with various authorities, advising the clients for their new business venture. She is also heading the online division of the firm and is handling all the International Clients. She plays a crucial role in pivoting and finding new business opportunities for the firm.
Apart from the routine services, she is responsible for HR matters and administration in the firm’s
branches and takes particular interest in professional training and development of the firm’s trainees. She has been involved in various aspects of practice management like research, HR initiatives, quality enhancement, implementation of new tools and participation in firm’s initiative.
