Sumayya Mirza
Engagement Manager- Human Resources
Sumayya Mirza has done BBS and MBA with human resources specialization from Jamia Millia Islamia. She has worked for Innovations Group, Dubai in 2015 and has been in corporate HR field since then. Sumayya heads our newly
added HR department.
Her Story
She is currently handling all the major processes and functions of HR department like recruitment
and appraisal programs. Her aim is to develop a healthy working environment for the firm and motivate employees for a similar approach.

Apart from HR field, she has been an active participant in social works and has been a part of a team that teaches slum children free of cost, named ‘Aghaaz-e-Taleem’. She is an attentive learner and aims to grow and develop our HR department to new levels.
